Hey it’s Edoardo from ElediaMails,

Most brands recycle the same campaigns: sales, new arrivals, maybe a holiday drop.

That’s fine… but if you want to keep your audience engaged and drive more revenue, you need to think outside the box.

Here are 5 campaign ideas we’ve tested that work insanely well - and most brands still aren’t using.

💳 1. Afterpay Announcement

If you offer Afterpay (or any “buy now, pay later” option), make it a campaign.

You’d be surprised how much extra revenue you can unlock just by reminding people that your products are more affordable than they think.

Key tips:

  • Keep it simple (“Split your order into 4 easy payments with Afterpay”)

  • Include a few hero products with the split price shown (Not in the example, but the example had good copy and layout. Seriously not enough brands are doing this)

📩 Example Email:

⚡ 2. Flash Sale

Forget the week-long sales that blend into background noise.

Run a single-night flash sale instead - with a unique offer that ends at midnight.

The scarcity + urgency is what makes it work. People take action when they know they don’t have 7 days to decide.

Key tips:

  • Use subject lines like: “4 Hours Only” or “Ends at Midnight”

  • Send a reminder 2 hours before it closes; Ideally as a TXT based email

📩 Example Email:

🔥 3. Hottest of the Month

If you sell a wide range of products, don’t let customers guess what’s trending. Show them.

A “Top 5 of the Month” campaign instantly builds social proof and curiosity. People want what others are buying.

Key tips:

  • Showcase your 3–5 top-sellers

  • Add a “low stock” or “customer favorite” tag for urgency

📩 Example Email:
(gotta flex some of our emails)

🥊 4. Us vs Them (Benefits Campaign)

If you’ve got a strong USP, flaunt it.

Run a campaign that shows how your brand stacks up against competitors - price, quality, values, or features.

Key tips:

  • Keep it clean, not aggressive

  • Use comparison tables for maximum clarity

  • Focus on benefits your customers care about

📩 Example Email:

🎥 5. Send Them to YouTube

This is one of my favorites, and it’s catching on fast.

Instead of trying to cram all your content into one email, use email to drive traffic to a YouTube video.

Why it works:

  • Videos build deeper trust and connection

  • You can show products in action

  • It strengthens your brand outside of email

Key tips:

  • Use a thumbnail with a “play” button in your email

  • Keep copy short (“Watch how we built this collection”)

📩 Example Email:

🧠 Final Word

(No email of the day as I think you’ve seen enough)

Most brands play it safe and stick to the usual campaign rotation.
The ones that win are the ones who mix it up, surprise their audience, and use campaigns to actually build trust, not just push discounts.

Until next time!
Edoardo
